    Okay!

    Back to my car.

So, I found that MSR sells the Enkeis that I want, just not as expensive, and are made in the US, so I'll probably go with the black ones that have the chrome lip, when I get the dough...

      • So, lets see.

I got my 130mm bolts for the alternator and 110mm bolts for the two bottom middle intake manifold holes.

I broke my antenna on Woodward last night - so it appears I'll be needing a new one, I'm gonna look into possibly getting a 2005 antenna bracket cause then I shouldn't need to re-do Tim's antenna I bought, since the 07 has a weird thread size (they increased it). So, for now, I have no antenna, but I don't usually use the radio anyways...

Oh, and I used an app on my buddy's iPod touch, and ran about a 7.8 second 0-60 time with two people in the car. Slow, but it's about what I should be running...

              • Okay...another update.

Got a few more parts for my supercharger swap: Alternator bracket and Windshield Washer Reservoir

I also installed my B&M Shift Plus Electronic Shift Improver Kit, as well.

                  • Yeah - this is the exact mirror of the one I currently have, since the NA engines have the intake on the opposite side as the SC cars...

Looks like it was used as a meth tank, previously...

It's got like a resistor inside it or something, changes line pressures and what not.

I can feel it shift a little harder...probably an exponential thing - will increase when I have more power...

Doesn't some company make a module with more than 2 different settings?

                            I don't know.

It cost me a whole $25...that's why I bought it.

                            • Did a mini photo-shoot at the house yesterday.

                              Here are the originals.

I played with the contrast and brightness on a few to what I think looks good.

                              • All right - the swap is going down tomorrow, or that's how I plan it - anyone is welcome to come over during the day to help out or just hang out!

Got a few parts a week or two ago...

                                LSJ Brake Booster hose:

                                LSJ 1-Bar MAP:

Coolant Reservoir (was like $8 from Murray's - will do for now)

Pulled off the endplate today - just to check, and it looks pretty good:

Engine bay without the top cover:

                                Stock Downpipe:

Downpipe with O2 Bung welded in:

Supercharger and TB being taped up for paint:

Taped up and ready to go:

Bought Dexcool, 50/50 (for H/E circuit), the coolant reservoir and Duplicolor black engine paint yesterday; and clear Duplicolor engine paint, 3/4" tee, hose clamps, 6' of Heater hose and masking tape today.

Also got in my upper radiator hose, heat exchanger pump insulator, 8-pin throttle body pigtail, heat exchanger pump pigtail and the intake manifold gasket from GM today - as well as 6 more feet of 3/4" heater hose and Water Wetter from Summit.
