I?d still like to track down an ss spoiler and hood. I?m more worried about getting an oem hood. The spoiler I?m not too concerned about if it?s aftermarket as I?ve had pretty good luck with them (fitment wise). I might pick up an aftermarket one from eBay (thespoilercompany) as they seem to be the best but at $240 shipped I?d rather snag an oem one at ~$300.

Next on the list:
Good cleaning. I use to detail cars back in my day and I love doing it.
Oil change
Rear axles and outer axle bearings (I?d really like to find a 3.42 rear for a good price).

I?m still not sure what direction I want to go power-wise with this car. I still dream of making it a turbo car. But I have the ?cam only? budget lol. The wife has been bugging me to put new siding on the house and finish our deck around the pool so that?ll need to be taken care of this summer.

I thought about painting the front Camaro letter black but I saw a few cars with it and it looked too busy. Id probably paint the whole center black before just the letters.


I have already sanded and cleared them. They aren?t as bad as some but they still have a haze to them. That being said, you could sand and polish them to practice on but you?ll just be sanding clear. Unless you want to sand all of that off, up to you.

They are better than what I currently have, so they woulld at least see me through until I get the originals polished up. They look extra funky now that the rest of the car has been detailed. PM me your price and we'll see if we an work something out..

I scored on an SS spoiler today for $156. Guy was located in Tennessee and didn?t want to ship it. Lucky me my buddy lives 15 minutes from the guy. My friend will be visiting Michigan the first week of June.

I got the headlights in. Still need to bolt them down. I misplaced the bolts some how. I?m happy with the fitment. She needs a bath, bad.
