Got me some 243 heads today.. New springs good to .600 lift and new valve seals.. They came from a member on this site... So this winter after I do the swap, I will basically have an LS6 in my car. I have the LS6 block already, now heads to match, and cam(doubt it is same specs as LS6) so hoping to hit the 400 rwhp mark next year NA... And hopefully some 11's on the motor... Don't see why not, ran a 12.12 on the current setup(NA)..

I'm thinking I may just sit on these for another season.. That way I can afford porting, Fast 102, Nick Williams TB, new headers and a BIGGER cam.... I'd prefer to do it all at once and no way will I have that kind of money by this winter... What is the preferred method for storage if I do let these sit for a year and a half?Originally posted by 1BADAIR View Post500 i thinksigpic

send them to AI those guys do amazing head work. Also don't even bother with a fast 102 on stock cubes IMO its not worth the $ invested. A new cam and those ported heads will be over 400rwhp all day.Doing less with more

I was thinking the same thing as far as intake and TB.. Just something I want... But it would make sense to invest that money elsewhere, like a 9".. Who is AI?Originally posted by DETROITMUSCLE View Postsend them to AI those guys do amazing head work. Also don't even bother with a fast 102 on stock cubes IMO its not worth the $ invested. I've nixed the intake and TB.. Still might not do the swap til next year though, I'm undecided at the moment.. I don't understand these cam cards, but hopefully this is what you want: Duration @.05 222/222 Gross valve lift 563/563 LSA114 It's a comp cam, Grind #LS1 3714R, P/N 54-000-11Originally posted by sman View Postx2 on the fast, not worth it, and the NW throttle body is a cheap piece of junk.
