but I'm here telling other how shitty his customer relations is.
Sounds to me like people need thicker skin and he doesn't have time to tune hoopties and rather be tuning cars then talking to people who have no other intentions than to waste his time on the phone. But take it as you may he's not losing any sleep by not tuning your car and I'm sure his pockets aren't hurting either.

That is your opinion, and you are entitled to that.

But I think I speak for most people that actually have had work done by him and that have actually talked to him in person, that he's a nice guy. Not many tuners that I know of will tune your stuff on a Saturday because you're busy during the week AND let you ride along for it and tune it how you want.

Yep unfortunately the car is totaled. Either my car leaked water or the one that went down the track before me did. All the drivetrain is salvageable and actually looks untouched. Just going to swap the stuff over into hopefully a 99* trans am or formula but might get another camaro. Literally walked away from the car with just scratches on my hand.

                • car was tuned at vector motorsports. Great guys to deal with and had this car running top notch. Not knocking phil just was in a time crunch to get the car done. Car had no weight removed from it. A/C still worked,Heat, radio with all the speakers, car even had stock shocks still in it.
