          Few more pics....

LS7 clutch/flywheel. I wanted a good strong clutch that would hold up to some power enhancement in the future...but I also wanted a factory clutch set-up as to avoid hard pedal engagement for street driving....which is where my car spends 99% of its time.

New T56 and new updated hydro's along with a 4th gen LS1 pedal assembly. I already had the LT1 pedals in my car but it turns out the clutch pivot point is slightly different between the two. Some guys have problems with clutch engagement because of this. I wasn't too excited about having to swap pedals...again, but I want to do this installation proper....so out with the old pedals in with the new.

PCM and Speartech wire harness.....I found a good deal on this aftermarket wireharness........I was originally going to get a factory harness and modify it for this application...but this ended up being a better solution I think. It was a brand new harness I bought off of someone who went a different route with his motor.

Just some of the emotions you will go through when trying to swap out a pedal assembly on a third gen car.

I gotta do what with that bolt????

It looks like ALOT of work there....But it will be worth it when it's

Thanks guy for all the kind words!

I wanted to get the motor dropped back in lastnight for the final time, but I ran into a snag. I couldn't find a dowel pin for the crank shaft flange. Hopefully I can round one up today and get the flywheel/clutch buttoned up and drop the motor back in. I started to run my new Speartech wire harness through the car. I wanted to run it just like the factory harness..ie..through the passenger side inner kick panel/fender but it turns out the harness is about 6 inches too short! So I will be boring a hole in the firewall under the heater box to route the harness.
