Did you have vats deleted in your tune? You had the pcm tuned right?

Getting power to the injectors? One wire should have 12v constant and the other is the trigger wire from the ECM (injectors are fired by ECM grounding via a injector driver)

Check INJ1 and INJ2 fuses if your harness was properly converted.

I have 12v to every injector. I also have a constant 12v to the Pcm. I did continuity checks of the harness connectors to the pcm. Everything check out good. I have spark which I check with a spark light. I have fuel pressure. Only thing I can think is I missed wire something up on the pcm when i built the harness or missed something on the iron harness. I have to double check to make sure the 87 harness doesn't have vats. From what I am told is GM didn't start vats until 88. I am at a lose right now.

                      I can double check with a test light. It's a 411 and a harness out of a 2000 Silverado.

Never use a test light on modern vehicles. A multi metet is a much bettet choice. The light draws enough amperage to deploy restraints or fry a pcm. A guy at the old shop had to eat a huge damage claim when he toasted the pcm of a charger from using a light.

I have a iac low voltage code. I don't think this will affect if it starts or not. Anyone have any input on that?
