5.3 wont turn over Help!

So I got everything connector last night. I was ready to finally start the 5.3. I turned the key and got nothing. I started checking everything. The battery is good. The start is good and I had power there. The fuel pump turns on. The radio, lights, and gauges work. Everything time I turned the key the radio would turn off. I then double checked the battery. The battery was still good. The starter is grounded. The battery is grounded. I feel like I am missing something important but I am not sure what is it. Any help would be fantastic! Took 3 years to get to this point and I fell on my face. lol. Thanks

lol I am pretty positive it's in park. I did check it but park position is facing the rear on the tranny?

I looked it up. It has to be all the way forward. Now I need to go double check. I hope that's it but I doubt it.

how is everything wired. stock f body switch is in the shifter

Did you properly bypass the pass lock system? Sounds like it's not seeing the correct values and is offering you a no start.

The chip in the key. But it should still crank

Not necessarily. I've done remote starts with all generation passlock and each behaved differently. If memory serves correct passlock 1 will crank and no start. Passlock 2 will not crank. Passlock 3 will start, run, and shut down after 3 seconds.

My buddy programs and he turned vats off. So that's not it
