ok. So I insrtalled the pcm and fired it up. I have a check engine light. s.o.b. none of the evap stuff got deleted. and I got p0327 frigin knock sensor code. Still runs like a scalded cat! Email sent to Frost. goonna go play!

lol! What a riot!!!!! Did a little goofing off on Gratiot, Roseville Gratiot cruise was today! Some nice cars out there, a few F bodys, good turn out. Ended way early though. I think I may have a bad shock in the front. tends to bounce a bit, not a fan. Runs cool, doesnt hit the first hash mark on the temp gauge, good oil pressure. Idles a shade over 40 psi. Will need to do some tweeks. exhaust hits the sub frame and x member. shocks, is there a way to put new bushings in the bottom of a front shock? The other set are good but the bushing is wasted. front alignment, airconditioning charge, knock sensors will have to be addressed Apparently you shouldnt wash an ls 1 engine, they dont like soggy knock sensors. Oh the evap crap in the tune. other than that its gettin there!
Oh the Tach! forgot about the Tach.... Is there a fix for this? it reads way low, Idles about 300 and 50 mph is just below 1k. Thats not even close.

just received an email from Steve @ Frost. He missed the evap codes cuz he was rushing to get it done for me before he left to go to Indiana for a tuning session. So I gotta send it back. oh well, so it goes. I am considering having him step up the trans shifting to the next level. Its pretty mellow if I am not in the skinny pedal , but if I am driving it hard it shifts pretty hard, breaks the wheel loose easily. I must dwell on this question for a while.
She is getting her front end aligned and air conditioning charged tomorrow. Hopefully, there wont be any troubles.... there shouldnt be, but you never know.
I need to bleed the brakes again, the rears had a loose fitting at the distribution block/ abs controller . I think I will keep her intact this weekend and ship it back on Monday. I need it for the Clinton twp cruise on the 3rd.

IMO the only way a trans should ever shift is firm. Not to the point its violent, but slipping clutches are never a good thing...

FS. Love those old Mopars. There were quite a few nice cars out, my kneck was stiff by the end of the day. I think it should have run later though. Cruising durring the day is fine if you're old, I prefer it later in the day like when I was a kid, but its better than not cruising.I did prefer this to the East pount cruise though. The single lane stuff kinda sucked.

I will Mike, but its not complete. No cluster, heater controls or upper dash pad. The real problem is when. I am not ready to do the swap yet. Itay be a while, if you want to wait Ill give it to you for 50 I think I have all the heater ducting too.
