  • The coolant/ battery hold down was cheap when I bough it for my v6 camaro. It was under $30 new. But that was 4 year ago...

          • Haha I was jokin' guys, but if you want to come over and drink beer and drop the exhaust off the car, then by all means come on over . I'll have a few more things to do this weekend also. A replacement set of tail lights is on it's way to me from Battle Creek thanks to pure luck that my dad was out that way today. Saw the part-out that Christopher posted and worked out a way that my dad could meet up with him and get them, worked out great!

Also meeting Jon on Friday or Saturday to pick up a WS6 lower air box, and the coolant reservoir/battery tray should be shipped out today or tomorrow.

                        • Fred - Did you remove the door moldings and the "Trans Am" emblem yourself or did you have the shop do it?

Shop. It was just convenient while it was there and I thought, "hey if they mess it up, it's on them, not me"

                            • thanks. I am thinking about debadging my car and removing the side molding as well. I just want to make sure that the paint is not going to be messed up underneath (or faded, etc) - I am particularly worried about the side molding.

                              • There are some pics in this thread from when they first took them off. But on my car they painted the driver door and blended onto the passenger door so any differences would have been masked by new paint. BUT from what I could tell - there was no difference/faded paint under my moldings with 74k miles on them
