Bad news guys, today I lost 3rd and 4th gears again
Im so pissed! I do not even have 1000 miles on my car and already its broke again. within the last month all i have done is driven it to work and back, except for participating in the auto x last weekend. the trans has not shifted correctly since its been back in the car and i was under the impression that the shift points needed to be adjusted. anyone have a trans or know where i can have this thing proffessionally built maybe iwith some upgrades. i can honestly say that i have not even gotten close to abusing this trans and now im without my ride again. im not blaming anyone but this freaking sucks, put nicely.

Honestly, I would talk to the administrator of Michiganspeed.com, he has a 4L60E in a 2000 Formula that has run 11.01@122 and he has made hundreds of passes on it. Whoever built his trans knows what they're doing.Comment

well got the trans out today and upon pulling the trans pan, i found a ball bearing stuck to the trash magnet. not quite sure where it came from but i do know thats not where its supposed to be. probably part of the reason i dont have 3rd and 4th gears.sigpic
