$150 for everything? Either they're completely retarded and don't know what they have or you need to run away from that junkyard. T56 swaps go for 10 times that much, easily.

Make sure that's not a 5 speed from a V6 car. Even if the trans was completely f'ed the core alone for a T56 would be worth more than that I'm sure.

First thing I would do is get a starting point before you waste $ throwing parts at your car. Get it on a dyno, then do exhaust, change opti, redyno it. you mentioned A/C delete early in thread, this will not change your hp numbers, when not using A/C, clutch is just a free wheeling pulley, taking off compressor will give you weight reduction and give you a fraction of .1% on ET time on 1/4 mile. After headers and exhaust the next step would be a cam

concerning your low end power concern... i don't think this has been said yet but, try replacing your fuel filter.

Haven't changed the fuel filter yet ill try that.
And just checked the filter yesterday. Its not bad. Little dirty
But its a k&n so ill just hit it wirh the air hose.

But I checked all the plugs. All had gaps of 42-46 well all but 1
The 1 I couldn't even get it to go onto the 20 mark on my gauge.

Started it up no more miss in gear under load. Idles at about 700rpm.
Then. POP "BRAKE" blew a damn brake line in the rear. SON OF A B&$/H!

              Fixing it now.

Thats the problem with not gapping them, some A-hole at the auto store dropped it thats why the one had almost no gap lol.

Glad to hear its running better

Never trust spark plugs without gapping them yourself. Glad to hear it's ruining right now!

I guess I better pay attention to that next time around - I've never gapped plugs before.

.45 is the gap, not properly gapping them will cause these issues and rob you of MPG ! I didnt really buy it for it but hey its a free MPG boost so I will take it especially with the gas prices lol

doing a tune-up is always a good idea, gapping the plugs correctly at that time saves you time and money

fwiw there's a dude that runs at the shootout we go to, he runs a stock 2.73 gear in a stock 10 bolt, 60e, internally bone stock lt1, stock water pump, stock rockers, stock everything in the motor and bone stock suspension. in good air it goes 11.90's at 3350lbs.. i'd imagine once tony switches out his 2.73 for a 3.90 or 4.11 gear and puts aftermarket suspension it'll go 11.60's no problem. don't listen to the people that put your car down.. Hey a lt platform is not nearly good as an ls motor, but hey an ls motor doesn't hold a candle to a hemi motor so you have to realize that you don't have the best platform to work with, but if you DO your research on what works and doesn't work you can have a pretty decent ride.. I'm not saying your going to have an 11 sec bolt on car. but with some good amount of weight reduction and spend your money on what WORKS, you can have a pretty easy 12 second car.. I don't know how receptable the guy is to giving information but his name is camaroracing12 on ltxtech if you want to try picking his brain, he is the guy to ask.. also I believe the other guy you would want to pick his brain is named 1slowformula on ltxtech, he has the bolt on record... Hope this helps, I get a lot of my help from a guy that runs comp elimanator and it's amazing the stuff you can learn from someone that has spent big big money testing on what works and doesn't work. Here is a website that might help you too http://www.1slowformula.com/
