      My engine, transmission and every bushing on my car are energy suspension poly.
      I like them a lot better then the crappy rubber ones I kept ripping through. I did not use the pre load plate.


      You've just got to break them in.

        Yep, after about 1000 miles, they are broken in.

          Mine had about 5k miles on it when i finally changed it. It did get better, but I wouldn't say of was ever good. It felt like the while car was humming

            Sit in my car when I drive around and let me know, especially when the AC is on, you'd have no issues with your mount.
