Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!
If you have any problems with the registration process or your account login, please contact us!
you guys are pussies.. i have solid motor mounts and a poly trans... the vibrations are there but look what kind of car your in.. i aint a cadillac.. deal with it
Call me what you will... But when the car shakes so bad your brain rattles driving down the road, the mount is coming out...
Haha...I just swapped out my poly trans mount a couple weeks ago too....I love the stock mount....my car feels SO much smoother now......it was amazing to feel the difference...eff that poly crap.
And Sean...when you only drive your car a 1/4 mile at a time it probably is easy to deal with, but some of us put 10K miles a summer on our cars...lol If I could get my car to ride like a Caddy, I would be extremely happy...lol

James, he'd have to keep it running for longer than a 1/4 mile at a time
Solids suck worse....no pussified opinion there. FACT! Why shake your fillings loose if you can out smart the real issue? Root cause the reason for the switch over to hard mounts and you'll see the issue is easily resolved with a little common sense.

just like i said above.. over 800 miles in 2 months only driving on the weekends.. i think im doing pretty well right now.. i wouldnt say it gets driven a 1/4 mile at a time.. ive only been to the track with it twice since it got done.. so maybe 10-15 of those miles are from the track
how many miles do you have on yours this year or the last few? i bet i still have more then you..

X2. Ive got a poly mount, the worst droning exhaust on the planet, no ac, crank window (yes singular lol), 18" wheels that ride like crap, spec stage 3 teeth destroyer... Etc etc. hasnt stopped me from putting 800 miles on my car in the last two weeks! I wouldnt have it any other way!
