I like the carbon one myself.

The last pic you posted reminded me of this, i love the look of this one with the hertitage stripes, only 2' though.

Yup, that was not long after I bought it, all good with struts now. The engine bay looks a lot different as of this fall

i change my vote to the sunoco. if i hadnt gotten such a good deal on my hardwood 2.5 that was the hood i was going to buy. only thing i dislike about it is how its not fully open under the cowl like my harwood is,

I like how the bottom of the sunoco is. The air cleaner can be sealed to the hood so it can only get cooler outside air.

2.5" Harwood show series cowl. Looks great and is finished underneath with vents in the cowl to pull air in. Could always add some vents in the side like the pic below.

Yea, but it would be better if they weren't buick lucerne vents

I had a sunoco hood ordered, but after a month of waiting I canceled it. I decided to go a different route. I bought an original 84 z hood in great shape for $100 off craigslist. Then I ordered A spectre low profile cold air intake with remote filters and tubing. It will fit under a flat hood. It all came out to be about the same $ as the sunoco hood.
