Maybe I'll have some cash left over from my tax return to get some HID's from you. It just sucks I won't have it for this group purchase. You think you would do another one down the line in a few months or is this a one time only deal??

how hard are HIDs to install? what do you have to do?

It's pretty much a plug and play from what I understand. Done in less that 20 minutes. It's fairly simple.

all you have to do is find a good spot to mount the ballast, drill two holes, put in two screws, and then plug in the provided wires. All done

Way easy!! Just finding a place to put the ballast is the part that takes the most time.. Other than that its just simply plugging in wires.. PM me Tony if your interested in some.. I am doing a group purchase...

I have 8000K's in my fog lights and I use them all day long. You'd be surprised how much extra attention you get in the middle of the day in the summer.

Mine will probably be on most of the time. DRL seems to mean that my lights are on 24/7.

                        Sweet.

Why have them on during the day is my question??? I can't stand that shit personally, they are there so you can see in the dark not to have on all day blinding people.

actually for the kit i bought it's actually bad for the HID's to be on the DRL power because it's actually less power than your lights get compared to when your low beams are on. My kit actually said disable the DRL's by taking out the DRL fuse in the fuse box, but fourth gens don't have drls so it worked out great. But yeah if you want to run them all the time i suggest you run your low beams all the time.
