WTB: 98-02 Z28 Camaro!

I don't mind autos but i have very specific taste in them... Basically all business so i only like mechanical control and setup for manual / slap shifting. no electronics. A properly built TH400 setup right is every bit as fun to drive as a 6 speed because it will do what you tell it to do and is right at home showing a 500hp small block who's boss. "Stab and steer" setups are not for me, i want to control the shifts... I dont like unexpected shifts with big horsepower, imo thats the kind of stuff that'll put your car into a wall.

I suppose I can pick up an auto to keep it in my price range and then swap to a manual later on when the mods start.
How hard can it be?

keeping my options open anyways. If I want something in the next year it needs to be cheap. After the wedding and the lady is done with school I'll be able to bump up the price range quite a bit. Just debating on waiting it out for a corvette. Which I know is apples to oranges comparing it to an fbody but...

It's nice but Jonnys buddy's is just as nice, leather and cheaper.

But thats how I grew up. My dad had two car seats attached to the roll bar in the back of a 1965 Corvette

Yeah i was rarely in a seat belt let-alone a car seat.... But the backseat of a Vette is a trunk, pretty sure that's always been frowned upon lol
