I know - after the mess we went through with the Formula, part of me would rather it be an LS1 from a reliability standpoint, but the other part of me wouldn't mind another 1995 so our parts are interchangeable. I was really hoping the car he looked at yesterday was going to pan out because it was a red LS1 Camaro with the 98+ RS kit, black sailpanel, and black ZR1s... looked like a 98+ version of my car, just needed an aftermarket hood and some black stripes. But alas, the guy backed out from selling it when dad called to buy it.

Thanks but he can't, mom's only on board to a certain dollar amount and I'm sure you want two to three times what he's able to spend.

Yes this was me, I know I shouldn't have offered it up and back out, but did a hell of a lot of thinking about it. I feel really bad, but I just didn't want to regret getting rid of it. My girls love the car especially when the t-tops come off. Believe me I still feel bad about it. But these faces is what I see when I drive the car, oh by the way my youngest kissed the car see loves it so much!! LOL!

I'd sell my 97 RS, I am in the process of taking out the nitrous and putting the back seats back in it. I think there is 115k on it? Been a year since I drove it. lol. Has AC, but the cruise has been disabled because the holden throttle body didn't work with the cruise cable I had. I would be looking for $6k though, but it is a CLEAN car, never driven in winters.

I'd let my car go Meissen. Spent $2k fixing things since I got it, nothing left to repair.

97 V6 manual t-top red, great condition other than hood has rot in front lip underneath. Will need replacing after winter is my guess.

Has double din pioneer with double d mod bezel, hid headlamps and fogs and fresh tinted windows...

Just did oil pan gasket, valve cover gaskets, valve cover grommets, rear main seal, rear main cover, all new shocks and mounts front and rear, new Trans mount, new plugs and wires, two new coils and maybe more... Also have all records back to 2007. Was a one owner, lady driven car prior to my our purchase... Had $1000 in AC work @ 115k, new clutch @ 119k... I can get more info and records if interested

I can tell more if your interested. I'm looking at $4k if so.

Only thinking of selling cause I got a 2001 4runner with a TRD supercharger and full TRD exhaust on it for my daily driver now... So have three cars I never drive as I drive m plates.

Agreed. I love my little sixer, it's treated me very well as a DD, but bottom line is that it just doesn't deliver the fix I'm craving.

After what your dad did to build up his late great Formy, buying a 3800 would be like marrying Rachel Dratsch after you've been dating Claudia Schiffer.

I don't want to be the one to ruin his fun, so as far as I know he's at the credit union right now getting the loan and all that taken care of. But I do know he's already planning on coming out to Woodward tonight.
