Just grab a pen and write in WS6 on the RPO tag and make it look good by using a blue or pink pen to do it. Then claim that there was a white sticker on top of that RPO code and you peeled it off and there it was... The WS6 RPO code. lol jk

Stil yet to have an issue with an opti. Bilkos was taking his to 7k and couldnt kill it when he tried. Brians got thrown across my yard. I bought all this 24x stuff 2 years ago and its still sitting there waiting for these mythical opti problems.

Did they only do WS6 appearance or did they do the suspension too?

They did not do sway bar and I don't know about the springs, also looks like regular trans am duel exhaust. rear end is 3.42 gear and fairly certain WS6 has 3.73 gear, actually glad it doesn't have 3.73 gear, this is better for mileage and cruising. I don't plan to race it.

Holy crow, a bit of LT1 discrimination from some folks. Just keep in mind the backfiring issue on the Plum wasn't Optispark at all, it was a burnt #6 spark plug wire. See, there is hope for LT1s after all! I just hope she stays this way...

Well the original symtoms changed a lot so I suspect there were 2-4 things wrong. when it died and flooded out you could not restart it till it cooled off. then gradually got a little better as we change things. At least you have the benefit and enjoyment of our efferts.

pretty sure all V8 autos had 3.23 and manuals had 3.42 stock. Looks like a great car, congrats!

Performance Ratio was 3.42. 3.73 was not a Factory option.

I thought the RPO code we saw was GU2? That'd be 2.73 gears.

Larry's car had the GU2 RPO code meaning it has 2.73's.
