  • Need LS1 Camaro Parts/Info - Final 2012 Push

Ok. I thought I was good on AC lines for the compressor. "I have two sets, surely one is ok" I though. Well, I was wrong. Both sets were cut by a previous owner.
AC Delco 15-31009 - I can get a new one for $50 shipped

I would also like to get a purge solenoid and the line that connects to intake manifold. I have them but the solenoid is broken near the connector and the line is broke near the intake side. Purge solenoid is $20 new, haven't found the line yet.
    EVAPsolenoid.jpg

I need a new tensioner. I can get a Gates, new, for $34

The truck coils/valve covers I have aren't working out all that well. Fuel rail feed line has been moved to clear the #5 coil. The coil bracket doesn't work well with the purge solenoid in it's current spot. Will Camaro coil brackets bolt up to truck valve covers? If so, will truck coils (w/ heatsinks) fit the Camaro brackets? I've never been deep into a LS1, just the truck variants.

I also need a high pressure power steering hose. I can get one new for $30 shipped.

Does anyone have some stock LS1 intake bolts? I have some that work, but they are stainless allen heads. I wanted the stock look and people on ebay want $20+ for them!

Isn't that an EVAP purge solenoid? Why would you want that?

Why not? I'd rather have it than have the car smell like gas vapor.

Why is everyone on this site so against emissions?!?!

I have the a/c line I would let go for $20 if you have a means of getting it.

Willing to ship? Maybe I can find someone heading that way soon. I'm not driving 280 miles to save $30

I don't blame ya, I'd be willing to ship but I'm unsure of how small I could package it as to avoid a ridiculous shipping cost due to packaging.

USPS flat rate shipping...if it fits it ships, under 70lbs though...its like $5.15 or something for the medium size box

Not sure on LT1's, but LS1 cars have the vent line that ends right next to the driver side header. I'm not comfortable with that, and I'm not going to cut the line out.

The AC is pretty awkward with the piping and flex line. I need to go see if I have the rest of the AC plumbing...not 100% sure

I do have the rest of the AC lines, they were in the back.

But...the lift struts I bought at the end of August don't keep the hatch up I had the hatch up maybe 5 times since I put them on
