      1960 Impala

Just got an email from the guy. He says the starting price was supposed to be $45 dollars, not $5. I already paid. I'm not going to be nice about this one...I've been getting screwed by ebay sellers a lot lately and I'm tired of letting them slide.

Sucks to be him. He had the whole time of the auction to change that or pull it down. He is just pissed they didnt go for more, screw 'em.

Never replied to my PM, btw. Let me know if your still interested.

              This is what I read:
"Hello, I do apologize but the price on this item was incorrect. The start price was meant to be set at $45.00 but for some reason there was a mistake. If you are willing to pay the correct price I can send you the correct invoice, please do not pay the incorrect price as it may take several days to process a refund. Let me know your thoughts.
              Thank you, Don"

So he should be reading this soon:
"Don, this is not my issue and I'm tired of receiving emails like this. I have already been on the phone with eBay customer service, the sale is final and item must be shipped. If the manifolds do not arrive by June 6th I will be opening an "Item Not Received" case with eBay."

Peanut said he will be heading that way soon. I don't need the stuff right away so hopefully we can work out a pick up/drop off schedule

Nice score! Too bad for that seller, that's his own fault and problem... he'll have to suck it up and accept it.

"As I wrote to you before, there was a mistake on the listing which Is why I ended it early before the end of the auction. Whether or not you spoke with eBay customer support or not, it is my item and I will not sell it for a measly $5.00
I assume you are not interested in paying the correct price so I will issue you a refund. I apologize for the inconvenience.

                        Replied:

"If you end an auction in the last 12 hours, and there is at least one bid, the item must go to the highest bidder. That's the rule. It was a 5 day auction, you had plenty of time to cancel my bid and edit the listing. I'm interested in paying price you allowed me to win the auction for. "

Got tired of arguing with the dude, left some negative feedback and got my money back.

Still looking for a set of non EGR manifolds. I don't care if they are rusty, I just don't want pitted as they will be blasted and coated at a Decc.

Spencer, I still want the parts. Either Sean or Robert will have to grab them from you. I forgot what bid for the stuff...80 bucks for the fan, bracket w/ pulley, and ps pump? Let me know

Michael, sounds fine to me. Just wanted to make sure we were on the same page before I just handed someone parts ya know?

I have some stuff you might need....

Truck fan - with shroud. Hell I have the whole air inlet assembly. Tube - box probably even has a good filter in it. My truck had efans on it and a CAI.
LS1 intake (prefer to keep the T/B and coolant crossover) - injectors, 2000 manifolds (EGR type - but block offs are cheap) and I have the cats for them - and they are still good. If you don't want the non catted smell.
                              2000 Formula
                              fixed slow junk
