Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!

Looking for an alternator/power steering bracket, power steering pump and reservoir, and a starter. Possibly AC, not sure if the Impala will get the aftermarket AC system or not.
Let me know what you have sitting in the corner and what you want for it
$80 for a pump, pulley (forgot to say I need one), and bracket? or $100 w/ shipping? I'm not really sure what they go for, haven't looked into them yet.
I will need a f-body water pump...or find a way to make the truck pump work with the LS1 intake and truck TB. I got the steam lines to fit with the LS1 intake, the passenger side rear doesn't look pretty though
Works for me, pending shipping costs. Its a pretty heavy piece, Ill have to see what it will cost me to ship through work.
Ill get some pictures of it tomorrow, its dirty. But is all there. If I have any purple power or AWESOME left over ill soak it down and spray it off before I send it your way. If you can make the truck water pump work (dont think you can) but if you can holler. Ive got 2 of those as well.
If it costs a bunch to ship, maybe Sean can grab it if/when he goes to work on his car? I do have a friend that lives in Flushing (Oliver's Garage) but I don't see him very often. And I'm not afraid of some dirty parts
I have tons of room in the engine bay and I'd rather not fork over $800 to switch over to an all f-body serpentine. I've seen the truck water pumps work, but I'm not sure what TB they were using. I have two different TB's, one is from a 99 Silverado and the other?? I don't know much about the differences.
I also would like to find some truck manifolds (or car) without the EGR ports. My old man wants to get the motor looking looking "like it came from the factory" so that means cast manifolds, clutched cooling fan, wires hidden as much as possible, etc.
Damn, I didn't think about that until you mentioned it. Truck pumps have the threaded snout...f-bodies and vettes have the rounded snub if I remember right. Problem!
I did, I havent the foggiest where the one I was thinking of went. I dont recall selling it already. HOWEVER, ive got one on my backup motor that ill never use.
I had 2 sets of manifolds, and 1 I could have sworn was bolted to this motor and they are not. I will have to do some digging at the parentals house. I can pull the fan off this for you too if you want, no problem.
I will have to look, I didnt think this thing had a starter, but I could be wrong.
No worries about a starter, I can get a used one for dirt cheap on ebay. Bracket with idler, pump and pulley, fan, and non EGR manifolds are they key parts. Thanks again for checking!
