I want a little more than $250 for mine, its a high performance 700R4. It has Redline Clutches, shift kit, shifts real hard all four gears, Works well with a 406, I'm going racing so I don't know if I will be willing to spend all that money on the big stall converter for the overdrive trans, the stalls for turbo transmissions cost way less. But if I don't find a rear end before I get my motor built, this trans is going back in with the little stall converter (I think its 2,800) and I'm gonna tear up the 9 bolt rear end.

Let me know if you hear about a rear end would ya? 12 bolt or 9 inch or something TOUGH.

i dont think that to be right, 4 wheels drives have a longer tailshaft that connects to the transfer case, 2wd has a shorter one, awd astros with the 4l60e have the same tailshaft as a 4x4 tranny, i dont know if astros had 700r4s in them but its the same concept.
