  • Wtb: 4 channel 9" for 98-02 fbody

I've found a couple, but dudes want to much and not interested in a 14 hour road trip. If anyone see's one within a few hours of the west side, let me know. At this time it must be a 4 channel(abs/tcs). 35 spline, backbraced, no spools, modular iron case. 3.70, 3.75 or possibly 3.89 gear ratio. I've probably forgot some things but you have the idea. Driveshaft included is a plus. Thanks!

Below is one I pm'd on. Can't get him to budge on price and he is 6-7 hours away, 1 way.

Moser 9" with Alum. Moser bolt through case, 35 spline axles, detroit locker, 4ch ABS, 3:70 gears with backing plates. Also has relocation brackets and standard type swaybar mounts welded on.

You know how this will work, don't you? You'll end up settling on something that isn't exactly what you want or pay more than you were thinking about and then 2 or 3 will show up for 75% of the price. So hurry up and buy one, so I can nab one of the cheaper ones. LOL
When in doubt, Whip it out !

Ditto. A fab9 is looking good though as I have <2.5 yrs of school left then the car gets some changes warranting its need.

        Used to own a Firebird.

MWC can get you into a fab 9 for less than you would think. Worth giving them a call at least.

Its a direct comparison between to known LS1tech vendors. Whos to say you cant call MWC and beat them down on price.

im not gonna argue about it but being that they are both ls1tech sponsors doesnt make a difference.. obviously they both are more expensive.. you just gotta look around and tlak to people and u can find much much better deals

I thought you told me you liked to argue the other day? Someone as frugal as yourself knows the extremes of "looking around for better deals"
