i didn't say i used the stock flywheel...i bought a brand new SPEC3 and i got SPEC's Billett steel flywheel. both parts were brand new. and the flywheel wasn't cut flat to begin with from spec. i took a dial indicator and my spec flywheel wasn't even flat. it was extremly noticable once i took the clutch back out and half the flywheel was burned and whatnot, the other half of the flywheel hadn't been touched. and i'm not even joking. not a trace of contact on half the spec flywheel

im sure it is, its just saying that if something like that happened I would be less than enthusiastic to tear the trans apart again to correct someone elses mistake. When my spec three burns up, im definitely going to do it right and go with a street twin. These specs arent worth the gamble IMO

This is exactly why its good to have a stalled auto, no worrying about this clutch nonsense lol.

Yeah but I don't have to replace mine every so often, just tranny fluid. Oh and there is a replacement its called stallin it up, and launching like a bat outta hell all the while sippin on a coke with one hand and steering with the other.

Best solution is an Automatic with a reverse pattern full manual valve body and ratchet shifter.

                                can we say... clutchless manual...???

                                ftw!
