im selling my 383 that i was going to put in my truck, unfortunately i found issues with the actual truck that are unrepairable and need to gather some money back to find some mode of transportation.
heres some details on the engine, any questions feel free to ask
engine is approximately a 1990 block with 1 piece rear main
all new bearings/rings/ gaskets
world torquer heads
proform stamped roller tip rockers
eagle crank
new stock rods
lt1 cam
cloyes double roller
hydraulic lifters
summit 5qt oil pan
new flywheel
have headers for 88-98 4wd truck as well as the stock manifold
manifld and valve covers are nothing special
new chrome timing cover
new wrist pins
bored/honed/magnafluxed/mains and cam journals were line bored and were fine so the bearings are stock size.
this wasnt built to be a high revving engine, just something very streetable
id like to get around 2000 obo out of it, im pretty sure im missing a few things, it can also come with all the stock parts i took off the motor in the frist place.
