The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Your still looking for a rear B - you should have bought mine a few years ago
Jay - the brake caliper mounts need to be assembled in the right order on the axles. If i remember correctly axle flange>brake mounts>then the bearing get pressed on. Moser should be able to help you over the phone. Typically the brake mounts are expensive - that's why they aren't included.
It's for Angie's car actually. Her rear whines, always has from the factory. We've had it torn apart and guts "fixed" but so far haven't had any success getting the whine to go away.

Found on an old DIY thread talking about building your own 9 inch with parts from Moser and others back when it was first introduced for our cars, it states that you can have moser weld them the backing plates on the shafts for a couple hundred or have a local welder do them. Ill find someone thats good locally; theres plenty of reputable places in michigan. I'm just curious is anyone else ran into this problem and what they did. Thanks guys
What are you doing with the rear end that's currently in it, Jay? Is it blown?
FYI axle is out, not completely sure what its worth but have some idea based on the feedback some have given me on here. Send me a message and lets work something out. I want that 10 bolt gone and never to be seen again! lol just happy someone can still find a use for it! Let me know.
