Damn, RIP Tom. Seems like only yesterday he was standing in my garage, and I was ragging on him about how my youngest son looks more like him than me.
He was a great guy, prayers and best wishes to his family and friends. Via Con Dios, my friend.

wow...don't really have anything to say that hasn't already been said. Unfortunately I never had the pleasure of meeting him, buy I can see that he was much-loved by the people around him.

I'll keep his family in my prayers as well. What a week...

Instead the bike went straight up over the birm, disappearing into the trees, and Tom casually jumped off and completed the corner on foot, while immitating riding a motorcycle. as if that was what he intended to do. he wasnt afraid of much.
That visual just made me chuckle and nearly cry, reminded me of two friends Nate and Paul...both of which passed away at 20 years old.

I knew him through MichiganSpeed long before I knew about this site. Although I never met him in person, I have a feeling he and I would have gotten along just like beer and fireworks Godspeed, Tom.

A little while after I moved in, Tom called and asked for the number on the keypad to my garage so he could get Dan's chainsaw out. I gave it to him, a little reluctant because I didn't know Tom all that well. He knew we wanted to tear down the deck, so his housewarming present to us was that he helped tear a good portion of it down for us. He said he went to the hospital because he hurt his shoulder and popped some Vicodin and got to work.

If there's one thing that should help bring solace with Tom's passing it's that he lived life to the fullest. There is no doubt in my mind to that. He lived every day like a rockstar.

                Damnit. RIP Tom.
I remember this whole deal, holy crap that is so shocking..I just was doing a quick read before work on FB and saw this, my condolenses to his wife and family, and to ALL who knew him, he was so full of life and humor..

I will be taking the stories and formatting them to be printed out for the service. Also, any pictures you have to go along with your stories or just pictures of Tom would be great.

There are preliminary plans for the funeral, I will confirm these over the next day or so. Sunday there will be a viewing at Hill Funeral Home in Grand Blanc from 4-8pm. Monday will be a viewing from 11-12 and a service at noon at the funeral home.

PLEASE DRIVE YOUR F-BODY if you have one. Tom loved these cars and the people on this site.
