Thanks i have been looking and actually wanted this one back in May. I recontacted him and like this car. I am sure i can back out but i have sent him $500 now working shipping, all predicated me liking the car in person. I do feel that i have spent alot of time looking and I do agree i might be paying alittle to much. He feels I am getting a steal and keeps telling me how much he has in it and what its worth ( in his mind). I plan on going down wed or thursday to look at it and ship it back. i do feel my order is kind of tall wanting a SS/RS , 69, convertible, manual, original , motor and trans. and color being Yellow, Black or now my favorite Hugger Orange. Thanks for everyones input.

Congrats on the purchase!Originally posted by slaquer5 View PostWell i went down to MCO and bought the 69. Now where is the best place to by extras for a camaro. Like a Stock or look alike stock radio.
Custom Autosound is a good aftermarket option.

assuming you want FM..."am/fm 1969 camaro radio"Originally posted by slaquer5 View PostThanks I just got home yesterday with it and my girlfriend and I towed it back I need to unload the extra motor and other stuff then I will take some pics and post. You want might want to do a little research so you know you are buying the right one, not one thats somone told them it was for a 1969 camaro.
It would also be a good idea to have the radio tested before installing it.

A lot of the radios had the build date ink stamped into them. Just try to match your build date as close as you can. They probably only had 3 radio options that year. Eric L
