So are you saying if it is number matching this is a good deal? I have been eyeballing it for aobut a year now. Well I was high bidder on ebay but did not meet reserve price.

I am going to go down Orlando to look at it. Just deciding when. Unless someone on here has connections in MCO to look at the car.

IF it's a solid #2 car with the numbers matching motor, yeah, $35K is in the ballpark.

That is taking into account of the prices dropping as they have over the last two years.

Is it a "deal"? Two years ago it would have been...now it's about "selling" price...of course there's no underneath pics...still worth investigating if that is in your price range...would like to see some more underneath pics...

If I were to spend $35K, I would at least invest in a plane ticket to go look at it..

O, I will go look at it.I am just trying to learn a lot fast, although I have been looking for about a year. I am just very Leary of giving out 35K to a private party. The RS/SS is my favorite and the( 69, convertible, manual ) are a must for me. As I have looked at this car, the hugger Orange has grown on me . Originally I only wanted Black or yellow.

You might want to shoot my bro-in-law a pm. He is a fellow enthusiest and belongs to this site. He doesn't post often, but he is in the membership list, under Toadqz4 or something like that, he lives in Orlando. Gary is a member of the Western Michigan Camaro Club along with being a member of the Central Florida Camaro Club. He or one of his fellow club members may very well know the car. Funny thing is a couple of years ago, we found him a low mileage 2000 SS in Michigan that he bought it and took it south.
