Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!
If you have any problems with the registration process or your account login, please contact us!
As a matter of fact the hawk is one of only 45 2002 black convertibles with a six-speed.
What do you mean by "ha-ha"? and what does the goofy face mean?
If my Wife (Suzy) and Son (Brent- 6'3", 222#) think you're making fun of the Hawk... (just kidding)
Thanks again for all the welcomes, looking forward to meeting of all you.
Dave, Suzy, Brent
p.s.: does anybody else in the club have a Firehawk?
Trust me, there is NO WAY I was making fun of the Hawk...if I was ever fortunate enough to own a Firehawk, your configuration is the one I would want...unless of course I could somehow fall into one of the 25 1992 Firehawks built...
But that ain't likely...
And, yes, there are a couple of other 'Hawks here...definitely not many...

WHY THE F*CK IS THERE A GOAT ON A FERRARI?

I think it is because I take it in and out all the time, the rubber has just stretched out, especially at the bottom where it is really thin. It annoys me more then anything.
Okay, I get the drooly face now. Pretty cool.
Yeah, we were very lucky to have found the Firehawk. We waited too long to order one, but a pontiac dealer in Albion pointed us to this one in a tiny one horse town in Iowa. A dealer bought it for his wife, but she decided it was too difficult to get in and out of (lucky for us!). He knew he'd never sell it where they lived and put it in his warehouse.
The car was finished in September of 2001, this dealer bought it as soon as it was deliverable in early 2002; never titled it- we bought in early April, 2002. My older son Neal and I drove out to get it. What fun= 148mph on the way back to MI with PLENTY of pedal left!!
Many Pontiac dealers thought they knew what a Firehawk is, but surprisingly many didn't.
I know what you mean about the 92s. A friend of ours in the Firehawk association just had to sell a gorgeous red one recently. We thought seriously about buying it, but probably would have had to sell the 409 (NEVER!!) to do it.
Thanks,
Dave
p.s: the red 92 behind ours is the one I'm referring to, Man- I would love to have that car!

It's the people I post with and the company I keep. Say, since "whore" is not usually used as a unisex term, why isn't a man poster a "post-gigolo"?
Thanks again for the welcome everybody,
Dave
LOL Dave.
Now that's a pretty good question .......... and as another "old geezer" on here, I guess I don't have an answer!
Post-gigolo does have a nice ring to it!
