Wow are you delusional. Jap cars zippy?!?! They're almost all slow and few really handle that great. Even the fast cars are ususally pretty boring looking. Retarded big wings do NOT make you go faster. Please refer to the "cheesiest looking Fbody" thread on LS1tech. You're car will fit in perfectly there. You might even find some inspiration for new mods.

Smoking the tires and spinning around does not mean a car is zippy or has horsepower. If the American drivers could drive as good as the Jap guys do they'd totally dominate. Last year's champ was a Dodge Viper, NOT some jap car. You don't need some huge wing to drift, only enough torque to keep the wheels spinning while you whip it around. The Skyline is a jap only car and there's only a handful of them that were imported in the states. They're not that special and they're not even good looking. There's one that's been for sale over in Holland for well over a year and the guy STILL can't sell it. The only jap cars I have some respect for are the last gen RX7's and last gen TT 300ZX Nissans.

And yes, I've watched drifting.... Last I heard the GTO and Mustang were tearing it up.

lol no man i mean like the spoiler on it i was watchin GT1 or GT2....w.e the hell they are they run at the same time...some have the same spoiler we have...the dual stage...we went up to U WRENCH IT to look for a 91-93 camaro and we didnt see any!!!

I don't remember any road race cars having big chrome wheels?!?! If you want racing inspiration, go back and look at the SCCA or IMCA race series from the mid 80's to see what a REAL Trans Am race car looks like.

I understand that all the kids and what not have ricers at you school and all but like everyone said. Its the performance..why make a domestic car into rice..thats a no no..

The rims..eh..not really my touch..Dont turn your car into the lil jap drifters that you see on tv..

Keep it mean,aggressive sounding, with lots of power..

Apperance should come last..with a car like that work under the hood thats where the power is at...I dont think you would get much girls with a wing like that...Plus think LONG term..when your out of h.s you most likely will have that car still..and if it was a riced out firechicken..you would have to learn to adapt to the real side because once your out high school..you will see that the girls dont give a !@#$ about a tuner car.

You want to have a fast mean car like I said..not a lil car out of a cereal box.

wow tough crowd... anyway it is your car and you are the one who has to drive it around. that being said you make it the way you want it to be. i respect the idea of trying to be different it beats having your car look just like everybody elses. but think about the crowd youre gonna be in. if you want to be with the tuners go for it. but if you want to be with the muscle car guys then you gotta have something that fits in there. right now it kinda seems like you dont have a crowd cuz youre stuck in between.

by the way as far as style goes muscle ALWAYS gets the girl. noone has ever said to me "yeah your trans am is nice but that civic is hot!" i dont car if it runs 9's no girl in her right mind would pick the civic. also, theres nothing wrong with a girl that wants you for your car
