on mine, it's right below the intake by the TPS and IAC.

Plastic peice (throttle position sensor) it is attached to your intake by the throttle body. attached by some screws - it's about 3 inches by 1.5 inches or so.

It's possible. Have you tested the fan out by letting the car come up to temp? Also you should try that paperclip thing as well.

oh man, Kyle just bring the car to my house, its not that hard....specially since I hooked the aftermarket fan controller which eliminates all of the stock sensors on the car. So replacing them is just wasting your money.

Sorry if this has already been posted, but here it is anyway.

On some GM cars, you can test to see if the thermostat switch is out by disconnecting the thermostat switch, then turning on your A/C. If the fans come on with the A/C on, and your thermostat switch disconnected, then you need to replace your thermostat switch.

Much easier than taking the fans out and hooking them up directly to 12 volts

If none of the stock sensors work then the problem is in this aftermarket controller. Maybe that unit is bad.

It's possible, but I doubt it, I want to actually see the car to make sure all connections are good (i know i did it correctly, and didnt half-ass anything) it is however possible that the temp sensor for the aftermarket controller, slide out of the radiator, or those wires were cut or damaged.
