Nice timing for my cooling fan to stop working on a 90 degree day...
Fusible link D has burned up. Thats the hot wire that controls the power to the switch side of the cooling fan relay. Now can I just quick jumper a wire from the cooling fan to power (say to the battery) to check if the fan is bad? My second question is, is how do you replace a fusible link. I attached a picture of the factory splice and the fusible link. (orange wire that is broken)
Edit:
I may or may not have made things worse. I jumped the fan to see if it worked and when I hooked it up to power all I heard was a loud click, then nothing. I hope I didn't blow anything else. The fan doesn't work when jumped, so I think I found the reason why my fusible link blew.
