Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!
If you have any problems with the registration process or your account login, please contact us!
Well I have only worked on it several times while at dawgs, What needs to be done is the vehicle needs to go to a shop, where mechanics have access to all their tools. Kyle is the only one who has done a major work on it.
Alright, less bashing and more diagnosing please.

you hit it on the head, if she really wants to get it fixed take to to a stinking shop, its clear nobody can figure it out over the internet. thats what they do for a living they WILL fix it, if I were you guys I would have told her that a long time ago. Instead of trying to be a hero, be smart and point her to the nearest repair shop.

O.k. here is what we/I found last night with the fuel pressure:
Her car should run 40-47lbs but at Idle it only had 38.
We went for a ride and it would pull 42 when she would get up to speed and drop back down to 38 when she took her foot off the pedal.
Now if she stoped on it it would jump to 46ish but fall to 38 as soon as she took her foot off.
If we can't figure it out from here the I will have her take it to a shop.
Now if you have been around Robin at all you know that the car is her pride and joy and unless you have permission to look you better not

Complet tune up 2.5 months ago: Plugs, wires, cap, rotor, fuel filter, TPS and she just did the IAC her self 3 weeks ago.
I told her that we might have to take it to a garage and she said no way, we will figure it out.
So I hope I can
I didn't look at the plugs because of the time frame I had so when I get it back here again I'll check it out.

The fuel pump is good, but that doesn't check the fuel injectors. You need to ohm out the injectors. But on her car you have to remove the upper intake to get access to them . The injectors can be fouled out, plugged or just not good anymore. And yes check the plugs, there condition since they are new will tell you how the car is running, Black-running rich, white- running lean.
We have already replaced 1.
Might want to do them all??

...I think taking it to a garage is the best decision...
My personal policy is that if a problem can't be solved after 12 pages of input from the guys on MIFBody, it's probably best to stop throwing money at "problems" and hoping that fixes it, and it should be taken to the professionals. That's just me though, I just can't stand the "Guessing Game" lol
