Inside the door the regular is a scissor-style X-shape looking thing.... aka the regulator. At all four corners of the X there are the knobs mike is talking about. They articulate in tracks that run horizontally in the door. Just make sure one of those hasnt broke or come out of the track.
Also, there ARE several adjustments for the window regulator. One of them determines how firmly the window presses against the seal. If the entire window isnt firmly seating... this could definitely be your issue too.-Joel

Ok I'll check again tomorrow. I wish this damn car just had crank windows, electric ones are such a PITA.sigpic

No you don't! I've been down that road. I converted my car to crank windows to save the whole 1 pound per side and "eliminate the headaches." Didnt work that way.... The crank regulators are just as shitty as the power ones, if not worse. I ended up converting my car back to power because one of the regulators skipped a tooth and it wouldnt close the window all the way anymore even with the adjustment maxed. There was absolutely no way to fix it since the manual regulators dont come apart. Needless to say they ended up in the trash can...Originally posted by formula218 View PostOk I'll check again tomorrow. Damn, okay then it's time for a window net lol.
I looked at where the X hooked to the glass and it looked fine, I'll check the others tomorrow. Hopefully it's not broke because I'm not spending money on a new one.sigpic

It appears from the pics that your door and quarter surfaces don't line-up. You can adjust the striker on the B' pillar to pull the rear of the door in closer and align it with the quarter panel. Loosen it with a large torx bit and slide it in a little at a time to get the door and the quarter surfaces matched. This may take care of a lot of the problem.
