Won't turn "on"

He's got it running again, he was able to repair the stock ignition cylinder

OK. It was not the cylinder I guess. It was running great while idling in the garage for about 10 minutes when it just turned off. It didn't sputter or shake. It just shut off like I turned the key off. After that, everything failed to work. No dash, wipers, etc. Went back to the original problem. Where is the main ground for all of the interior fuses?

Breakthrough! I decided that going about this in a methodical manner is not working, so I did it the Dennis way. I got under the dash and started shaking wires. IT WORKED! lol The plug that goes into the ignition switch module under the dash was twitchy. A little bending and dielectric grease and no more issues. Every once in a while, the Dennis way (which is usually just the wrong way... only faster) works! Thanks for the help guys.

Glad to hear it's all cleared up! The ignition switch is a pain to replace, dropping the steering column and all, so lucky that just fixing the loose wire did the trick. Now, go drive it!

If you don't fix the intermittent open wires to the lock cylinder the problem will more than likely come back.
