  • Subframe connectors, 2 point or 3 point what's your thoughts

Hey guys for those of you with SFC's whats your thoughts on 2 point versus 3 point? Is it worth the extra cash (about $120 in UMI's case) ? I know SS4Matt had a real sweet set but I think they were almost $400 and I cant remember where he got them.

Tax refund season is upon us and I'm planning on buying a set.

...speaking of which, anyone on the eastside with welding skills and a portable welder wanna make some cash?

3 point bolt ins on my car. With a convertible, they're almost mandatory. Mine are from SLP. Put them on when I did the LCA's and PHB. Definitely noticed the increased stiffness.

I would say yes.. It stiffens the whole car, improves cornering, reduces t-top rattle, and gets rid of wheel hop.

I'd love to get it done at a shop, but the car would have to be towed, bit of a pain , maybe I'll just bolt a seat in and sneak it

o im just saying because the car has to be level when they are welded on so its gonna take a hoist for that. otherwise when your done, your gonna have some unwanted 3 wheel motion
