Damn 2" drop springs make it near to impossible to get at anything under the car...hopefuly the shop that car do the weld up also has a drive on lift. and if i buy bolt ons i can just set the front on tire ramps and put the rear end on jack stands and that would be like sitting on the ground right?

I'm buying Midwest Chassis sub frames for my vert. Weld in only. I even asked him if he made any bolt in and he said they were a waste of time lol. He is very reasonably priced too.

I'm pretty sure that being on ramps/jackstands should be the exact same as being on the ground so long as the weight of the car is balanced as it would be on the ground.

Yup, can do it easily with front on ramps and back sitting on an old set of wheels/tires.

Of I can wait another month or 2 and use my neighbors drive on

Relatively so it doesn't do this when you set it back down:

hmm mine does not look that way lol

but what I did was put them on loose with the car on its side then tightened it down when i let it down and had load on them, which i think is the best way...just imo

Well im getting weld in boxed umi's and my uncle is like a master welder and he said he would weld them in. And we are going to put the front on ramps and the back on the stock wheels. So i think i figured it all out.

you want your SFCs to support your chasis in the position it is in at rest. In other words, there should not be any tension/force on them when your car is just sitting there. Taking the weight off the suspension can completely reverse the force you are trying to combat with the SFCs, which can be enough to throw things out of alignment. Tension on the SFCs and chasis should be equivalent during flex, and supportive of each other. A misaligned install can create combative forces in the chasis, which you don't want.
