I've never seen anyone put washers on as usually the new flange is thicker than stock and most people reuse the stock bolts. Also those headers will fit an LS3 just fine, but I wouldn't worry about doing a H/C swap on your current motor at all.

Fitment if iffy, but I think I definitely need new mounts. I also have a vid of the full exhaust setup but I'll post it later, really doesn't sound much different on camera.
