Just an opinion.
Exactly. Point them right at your rear tires so when you blow a head gasket right at the 1000ft mark going 100+ it will just all pour out of the exhaust right in front of the tires.

yea i definitely smell like exhaust everytime i drive my car. i dont really notice it until after i drive it - but sometimes if im sitting in traffic it does get to me. I need to get tailpipes asap, but i LOVE my duals.

I was hanging out with a girl and she said that I smelled like I was working on my car or mowing the lawn all the time. Then she realized it was my clothes and not me. She left for college in Indiana today and I'm off to Big Rapids on Monday. I LOVE my longtubes and think that true duals would be ridiculous unless you get some cheapo restrictive turbo mufflers. We had cherry bomb turbos on the Camaro and it sounded nice but I think it was holding us back a bit...that and the heads and 2.25" compression bent pipes...You could probably keep it quiet with true duals but it's going to be all about what mufflers you want to run. It'll probably still flow better though.

                Used to own a Firebird.

I would sacrifice me not smelling like exhaust to run the exhaust you have. sounded wicked man
