Ouch quarter panels are pricey to replace! $1700 for replace and paint. I would reccomend a patch job. A lot cheaper if you can find someone with a mig welder. Also I would go to a good body shop to mix the paint. A pint should work.

Would I be able to get it in a rattlecan or what? Never dealt with something like this

If you look inside your glove box. There should a placard with numeric codes. Included in those numbers is the paint code for your car. Have a chevy dealer body shop look up the code and you can get the correct color. Also most body shops have ability to match your color and compensate for fading. Just stay away from the rattle can stuff.

Yea um.. inside my glovebox and my door.. Its all faded away you cant see nada!


BUT!


Did pick up the spray paint yesterday morning before work. Painted/Cleared. Its not an EXACT match the paint is actually darker than my body paint but to this point. I dont care. This was actually alot closer than the previous paint I sprayed it with so it will do I guess for $6.73 Im not complaining!



After removing the tape and paper there seems to be a thin thin white line of IDK what on the "outer trim" of where I painted. Just seen it this morning on the way to look @ a house dunno if its dirt but hopefully it will just wipe away. When I did paint I did expand the area a little bit to get the excess primer that got away from me
