hmm.... does the car only shake when you are driving or does it shake when you rev it in neutrual also?

It shakes will I'm driving, but if it starts shaking when I'm driving and I stop without downshifting, it won't stop until I come to a complete stop. It shakes every time I hit a bump and I am not accelerating. If I accelerate suddenly, the shaking stops. It will always start after I hit a bump, but only large bumps. I am running out of ideas.

im telling you check that drive shaft... take it into a free estimate shop... should be plenty around ...

I don't think there are any shops around here that have a driveshaft lathe. I checked with the guys at autozone, but they have no idea where I could take it either. I'm gonna have to call Thursday to see if there's a place I can go. I'll let you know what's up.

not much 20 - 30 bux? I am getting my drive shaft balanced. I will let ya know when its done

Do they charge extra to remove and reinstall the driveshaft? I don't want to eff anything up doing it myself.

its simple! four bolts and then it pulls out of the trans. simple simple simple

bah take it out and get a ride from a friend. They WILL charge extra on anything they can. lol, you should know that.

I'll try to find a place around here Thursday, Jazz Gig tomorrow. Is the removal of the driveshaft really that simple on a 4th gen?
