Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!
If you have any problems with the registration process or your account login, please contact us!
You need to add a set of these and lower it a little bit. I like the headlight pockets...I might have to try that !

Would love to if I could find the rims AND tires for ~$200 Otherwise - plastidip it is! I really do like the idea of doing 35th anniversary style rims (everything black except the face of the spokes), but we'll see.
Lowering it is out of the question since this is a daily driver and will be driven through the snow.
FWIW, my lowered Mazda made it through the worst winter in Michigan's history without a problem.

Yeah I lied... Brandon Brown (@brangeta) twisted my arm...
"Eye shadow" painted on with plastidip. I really like it - I think it's a throw back to the 3rd and 4th gen headlight pockets. And surprisingly Angie really likes it too - I didn't think she would.

I like the headlight "pockets" too, but in a way, it would have been fun to do the entire grille surround in argent, as a nod to one of Doug W's favorite pet peeves!
I almost hate to say this, but Cherry Bomb is quickly turning out to be far awesome-r than Clifford. The richer shade of red and Chevy's mid-cycle enhancements to the car really made a lot of difference.
And aren't you glad now you didn't name this car after a dog dick?

Every time I saw plastidip mentioned I was wondering how much longer until you joined the thread Brent.
Really shitty photoshop but this is what I was thinking. Leave the "face" of the spokes alone, but paint the "inside" of each spoke and rim but leave a lip all the way around as well.
