I'm torn - I'm usually not a fan of all black rims, but admittedly that does look good on the 1LE.

And tint is definitely on the way -- tint and a spoiler. I'm thinking I'll order the spoiler to come in Red Rock Metallic and then plastidip it to get the Matte Black look. That way if I think it's too much I can just remove the plastidip.

Plasti-dip the wheels too. More durable than paint on the wheels and you can remove it easily if you want to go a different route.

Stripes look good, and I dig the bow-tie. Still trying to decide between vinyl and Plasti-Dip (and if PD, with or without Glossifier).

Looks Nice, but I surprised you didn't go with Carbon Fiber stripes.

Definitely don't touch the wheels those black rims look gawd awful. you need some bling, when windows are tinted black rims will be to much muting.

FYI I used the glossifier on my Mazda's grille...it looks much better, but it does sort of fade after a while.

But meissen black wheels. doittt. I think it would really complement the other black accents and fit in with the theme you seem to be going for with the appearance. Don't listen to the haters.

Didn't think about plastidip for the rims too -- good point. Cheap and easy. I might give that a try since it's easily removable.

Yeah, the difference it made on the grille for my brother's Buick was great.

Definitely - and use the Glossfier too, might make them stand out more since they'll be shiny - but retain the peelability of Plasti-Dip.

Are the bowties still flat on the camaro for '14? Most new ones are rough textured making it impossible to apply vinyl.
Looks great, I say keep the wheels shiny.

Haha alright, Cherry Bomb it is!

The new 2014 Chevy emblems are textured but the carbon fiber vinyl still applied perfectly fine -- thankfully, because I was worried about that too
