Thanks guys. And yeah, I can agree, she is one COLD blooded biatch for sure! Pain to get started, but purrs like a kitten once shes warmed up to the idea. Won't have time to dig into the carb by Superfest, but I will get to it soon. One strange thing I noticed about her though. While most of the decals are long gone, the one on the air dam that says "Trans Am" is still there. The strange thing is, its BLUE. I've never seen a blue decal set on a black T/A before. Particularly one with RED interior. Weird.

Finally got a break in my hectic schedule and managed to get some work done on her last night. Thanks to Ben (phoenixrising) for coming out and lending a hand. Pulled out the drivers side rear leaf spring which broke a few weeks back. Surprisingly, it came out EASILY. Number one, they sure built them better back then! All of the bolts were easily accessible, with adequate clearance. And despite the age of the car, the low mileage and storage meant the bolts were surprisingly clean! Even the bolt through the front bushing slid right out. The new leafs were held up by UPS, should get them in today, but I need to order the upper and lower pads for them, the old ones were shot. Should get it back together next week, then I can pull the passenger side. I also saw when I was under there that the rubber ends of the fuel lines are dry rotted and starting to seep, so I will be replacing them while I am under there.
