Did you do it off the angle of the driveshaft or the crank angle?

I don't remember, I set it 4 years ago and haven't touched it since... There seems to be 17000 opinions as to what is the correct way.. I think I used the BMR method, go to their website and you should find a tech article on pinion angle.

I just got the Founders brackets and on-car adjustable LCA and panard bar. They are really nice. I will have them in the car in about a week. I am POR15 ing the rearend before it goes back in. The parts from founders are very nice. only issue I ran into was some small burs on the threads, when I put them together one of them was sticking and not threading smoothly. I swapped a few of the ends and it worked fine. I would say the two parts tolerance got a bit tight. I got these because my 2" lowered car had the LCAs running higher at axel then body... means no wheel catch. I would also agree that the torque arm would really help, but I am starting with these. I will put a thread together when I really get going, everything is out right now. working on putting in the stainless brake lines now. Actually, a great guy in Holland, MI made me red lines. They are sweet! I will keep you posted on the brackets.
