Yeah, eBay turned up some cheaper calipers and rotors. Just no tools for the hub mod or bracket fabrication. Thanks for the ideas/comments Darren.

Thats the best thing about using LS brakes, no it does not! I even put 15's on my car this winter... Running your stock 16's are not a issue at all.

Thanks for the reminder. Love my Bright Red PW7s. Can't change those. I may have to make the jump to some new 17s from Hawks at some point, just to get decent tires. But for now, I'm good. I'd write this info. down somewhere, but then I'd forget where I put the note. I'll go check out their site. I didn't realize, or recall, that they were local....always a plus.

I think I have all of the info for the LS1 front brake swap, but I'm running into problems for the rear brakes.

I did some digging on BigBrake but his rear kits are C4 brakes, which I thought would not fit under the stock GTA 16" wheels. Are there places to get rear LS1 kits? I saw Hawks had some kits but the rotors look very small 10.5 inch replacements.

Where would someone get a kit for the rear that is an upgrade and not a replacement?

I have ls1 rear calipers, I can have Scott cut some brackets without park brake.

That's what I was running into and I remembered Mike told me about losing the PB. What rotors will fit under my wheels? Any 12"?

Scott is coming over to my house to work on one off billet pieces for the rear, so I'll talk to him and see what he has laying around or what can work.

12" C4 rear rotor with 93-97 LT1 caliper (and correct adapter plate) will allow you to keep a parking brake. It's the same setup I have on my IROC.
