I'm trying to get to everyone. I'm hoping to get matt and Steve done at the same time. But as soon as it out I will give Robert A shout. I only have 2 garage bays and when matts car came in I was waiting on part from robert. So I put matt in.

I don't want to delete posts and stifle conversation, but let's keep this thread on topic. I know everyone's anxious for their cars to get worked on, and I also know that Ken is dealing with a lot on his plate too. Let's all try to keep cool heads and let things get worked out.

Furthermore - please DO NOT come into other people's project threads and start shit. I already sent a PM out to one individual, don't need to name names, let's keep people's project threads on track.

Yeah, Because I had all my parts bought and ready to go, only one thing I'm waiting to get and that's push rods just cus I didn't know the size but as soon as we know, they'll be here next day... lesson for everyone else don't bring your car to get worked on if A you don't have the parts and B your don't have the funds. Everyone of you guys have *****ed and complained this spring over wanting there cars done. But yet drag there feet in getting parts. Hense why my build has taken so long to get down on top of personal issues.

Ken does tell everyone when you drop your car off that he takes his time... he's only one guy. If you wanted it done fast take your POS to EVI, want it done right at a cheap cost take it to Ken. Have to give up something...

              I'm tired of this crap...

Thanks for hijacking my thread! But to clear a couple things up. My build changed twice due to me one was the addition of nitrous wich drove the bottom end change as well as the complete engine machine work. Then came the idiots that had the wrong information on the webpage that drove the delay on pistons. Did I change my build yes did I have all the parts needed upfront no. Was I told that was going to be an issue no, I was told that to make sure we get the right parts so it is done right. Did I add things yes, to better my build to have a better motor for me yes. All of my changes or addition to parts were cleared by Ken himself I have every email, text, Facebook message that was sent to Ken with every response sent back.
Now Ken has had his issues that has caused a delay as well. Let also not forget that this was hard winter and it was mighty cold in the shop as well as I know Ken's shop was out of power for a couple weeks. Have we all wished that my build would have been done long ago yes. Was it my fault yes is it Kens fault yes. We cant do any thing about that now. I have offered to come and do some of the work myself. I want my car done just as much as everyone here does. So Ken can get moving on other cars. Ken has every part he needs to get my car done other than a nitrous hose, and belts that I am waiting on the size he wants.
Leasons learned for all of us. Ken is a great guy that will give you the shirt off his back. He will walk you down every step of the process and insure you have a what you need. I am sure once he has everything in his life taken care of he will be knocking cars out. Would I take my car back to Ken yes. Will I have him do work on my other car yes. Sometimes things in life happen its how we pick up and move on that proves who we are.
Now lets get this thread back on track and get some updates of my build.
