splitter didn't work out, it's now for sale. it stuck out the front of the car way too far due to the formula bumper going in under the nose rather than further out like the camaro/TA. it also didn't line up with the mounting holes on the formula bumper. i dont know if they have different mounting points of if it was just because of how short the nose is. the splitter will work on both the camaro and TA from 93-97 so if your interested PM me. 6LE is going to make one that is specifically for the LT formulas so as soon as there is one out i'll be getting my hands on it.

More than likely. Lots of parts to collect still. Me too! I'm getting bored driving my DD.sigpic

Be cheaper and easier just to build a nice LT1.....they can be built to be very reliable and surprise a few LS haters at the track!sigpicJust a slow 400 plus RWHP LT1.....428/370 NA

i know i know. the LT just isn't for me. too finicky to make them work reliably. the LS seems to be much more reliable from the get go. other than the cost involved there is no reason not to swap to the LS. i'm going to try and find someone who can pull a little timing on the LT so the nitrous it safe and just have fun with that until i've collected all the parts i need then i'll do the swap. just think of it as doing more weight reduction lol. i have no hate for the LT, it's just not for me.
you can buy my LT on the cheap once it's out!sigpic

another advantage to the LS, i know two friends that can tune it for me any time i need a change. one less than 2 miles from my house.
i looked into the digital 6 boxes but i hate to spend $250 for something that will be useless after the swap. i really don't want to mail out my PCM because that just seems like a huge PITA. i just need like 4-6* of timing pulled so that it is happy with the happy gas and i can enjoy her till it's time for surgery. i'm going to try and find someone with that cable thing that can do it. if not i'll just leave it as is. i plan on getting a window switch too.sigpic
