The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. 11.40s is moving pretty good cam only. That car looked pretty light do you know the raceweight?
Made some more progress on lunch, got the heads off the car and pulled the plugs, not bad at all for a 126K motor in my book somebody took care of this motor by the looks of it.
Not sure what raceweight was but I got rid of a lot of stuff. All the AC shit was gone, power steering, pin on hood, etc. My goal was to crack 10s on motor, which I feel it would've done if he kept my 4.56s and 5000 stall in it instead of swapping them for 3.73s and a 3200.

I have no doubt it could have gone 10s cam only with your parts.
I meant water from sitting in the yard. Nothing like tearing it down to find half of the sleeve ate by rust :x
Yeah this one must have been sealed up good. It was definitely sitting outside. It was pretty wet when I picked it up from the rain we had gotten I'm sure.
with shortblocks being so cheap themselves I see no reason to go any further, some of the fastest guys don't even open up ring gap its really all in the tuning and we aren't looking to set any records.
